Our Director

Fr. Sebastian Karakkat is the Director of Stella Maria. He is a postgraduate in management (MBA) with Human Resource Development (HRD) specialization.He has solid experience of working with young people as the Diocesan Director for Youth Affairs from 2000 to 2006. And In addition to being a parish priest for last 19 years, he has got sufficient experience of managing institutions and personnel. In this present assignment as Director of Stella Maria Overseas education and consultancy Fr Sebastian has proved that he is an effective manager and fosters an outstanding relationship and partnership with many foreign universities and institutions. Thus he provides a meaningful and lasting service to many students to study in foreign nations.

Employment

We started by recruiting candidates to organizations at the entry, middle and senior level with a major focus on selection & staffing; and with a secondary focus on Executive Search.

Employability

As we started working with organizations, we realized the urgency of training candidates in critical skills for their employability. Hence, we started a division for language training and another for grooming talent at a young age. Talent Track Programme : This programme is for grooming young talent at an early age. Through the channels of Talent Clubs in various villages, we reach out to young students from the age group of 10 to 18 and train them in age specific skills, in personal effectiveness, communication, personality etc. We also provide financial assistance for children from poor families for their education.

Education

As part of honing the employable skills of the candidates through International Education, we got into Education Recruitment where the process is same as in employment recruitment. In Employment recruitment we match a job profile with a person and then recruit. In Education recruitment we match the education aspiration of the candidates with the courses, universities and countries. We have a steady track record of sending students to various Universities & Institutes in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, US, UK and European countries.
